Lead the delivery of results for our clients. You are the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every campaign hits its targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Buying: Personally manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns for up to 10 clients. You must know Pixel setup, CAPI (Server-side), and A/B testing.
- Content Direction: Script and oversee 15–20 high-retention Reels/month for clients and internal brands (existing business).
- Revenue Revamp: Revamp the revenue of an existing business through local ad campaigns and viral short-form content.
- Account Protection: Act as the primary face for local clients and warm leads. You ensure clients are happy so the Founder can stay focused on engineering.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a Digital Agency.
- Double-Threat: You must understand ad data (CPC, ROAS) and creative hooks (Reels).
- Fluent/Professional English (Written and Spoken).
- Proficiency in Trello/Notion and AI creative tools (AdCreative, Canva, etc.).
